Every VACSO product carries an immutable blockchain record of its entire journey — from raw material to your hands. Scan a QR code. See the proof. No trust required.
Today, most “sustainable” products come with a PDF certificate and a promise. The manufacturer decides what to disclose. The customer has no way to independently check. And when scandals emerge — falsified carbon credits, phantom offsets, greenwashed supply chains — nobody is surprised anymore.
The problem isn't that companies lie. It's that the system makes lying easy and verification nearly impossible. You have to trust the label.
We built VACSO Verify so you don't have to.
Find the QR code on your product — etched into steel, printed on packaging, or on the label. Scan it with any phone camera.
See the complete journey of your specific product: where the materials came from, how it was made, the energy used, and the carbon emitted.
Every step links to a public blockchain record. Click through to see the cryptographic proof yourself — independently, without trusting us.
Once a manufacturing step is recorded on-chain, nobody — including us — can alter or delete it. The record exists as long as the blockchain does.
You don't need to trust VACSO. The proof lives on a public blockchain. Anyone can query it directly, without our permission or our servers.
Every attestation is timestamped by the network itself — not by our clock. You know exactly when each step was recorded, and that it wasn't backdated.
We use the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS) — the same protocol used by Coinbase, Optimism, and other major institutions. Not a proprietary format.
A PDF certificate proves that someone made a PDF. A blockchain attestation proves that specific data existed at a specific time and has not been changed since. That's the difference.
Origin, grade, and supplier of every input — iron ore, hydrogen, energy. Hashed and attested before production begins.
Sensor data from the reduction furnace: temperature curves, gas flows, reaction times. Real measurements, not estimates.
Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions calculated per product using GHG Protocol methodology. Compared against traditional steelmaking baseline.
Total energy consumed and the renewable fraction. Broken down by source: grid, solar, hydrogen.
Every handoff from lab to workshop to packaging. Each transfer is a separate attestation with its own timestamp.
Metallurgical test results — hardness, carbon content, metallization rate. The data that proves the science worked.
Each manufacturing step generates evidence — sensor readings, photos, operator notes. This evidence is serialised into a canonical format and hashed using SHA-256, producing a unique fingerprint.
That hash is submitted to the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS) on the Base network — a Layer 2 chain built by Coinbase. The attestation is permanent: it records the evidence hash, the batch ID, and the step name on a public blockchain that anyone can query.
When you scan a product's QR code, we reconstruct the full chain of attestations and show you each step. Every step links to its record on EAS Scan, where you can independently confirm the attestation exists, when it was made, and that the data matches.
If we changed anything in our database, the hashes wouldn't match the blockchain. That's the whole point.
Every VACSO product has a unique serial number and QR code. When scanned, you see the full verified story: materials, process, energy, carbon, and blockchain proof for every step.
No app required. No account needed. Just scan and see.
The live verification system launches alongside our first green steel products. Every piece will carry a QR code linking to its full, blockchain-verified story.
